Copyright: All product designs and information are the sole property of CrackerHappy. Reproducing and/or copying any designs and information from this site without written permission from CrackerHappy is a violation of copyright laws. CrackerHappy holds ownership and copyright of all designs whether custom made to order or existing. CrackerHappy reserves the right to use custom-designed pieces for future themes and layouts.
Colour: Colour on screen may differ slightly from the actual colours of the products. If you are unsure of a colour, the best way to view our products is by ordering a sample. CrackerHappy accepts no responsibility for very slight differences in colours.
Samples: If ordering custom design, we will organise to put together a sample for you and e-mail a photo of it. We suggest you purchase a sample, whether of an existing design or custom design so that you are absolutely sure of the design. When we have received your approval, we will proceed to produce your crackers. CrackerHappy accepts no responsibility for errors once you have approved the designs.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and include GST. Please contact us for pricing regarding international orders.
Price Changes: CrackerHappy reserves the right to alter prices for any products at any time.
Deposit: As all products are handmade and made to order, once you have approved the design work, a 50% deposit of the total invoice is required upfront, prior to any production work. The remaining 50% will be paid prior to delivery of your goods. The deposit is non-refundable and will cover initial costs of labour and materials. Please ask as many questions as possible before proceeding with your order, and be absolutely sure that you are happy with everything.
Delivery: All orders will be either delivered to your nominated address by Registered Post, or couriered, depending on quantity. If you know you will not be home at time of delivery it is advised to provide a work address. Delivery time is between 4 - 12 weeks (depending on quantity) from the day you approve the design so please allow enough time for delivery of your goods before an event to avoid any disappointment. If you need your products earlier please contact us for any other specific arrangements. Delivery Charges: Delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan area is free. Please contact us with your post code for delivery cost to all other areas.
Damaged Stock: If the products you ordered arrive to you damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us and advise us of the damage before returning stock.
Refunds and Exchanges: Given the nature of our product, which is handmade, personalised and customised, refunds cannot be offered. We will only proceed with an order when we have received approval by you. If we have made an unlikely error with your order, we will be happy to replace it at no additional cost. CrackerHappy accepts no responsibility of errors made by the customer.
Payment: At this stage, we only accept direct deposit. All orders will not be processed until a 50% deposit has been paid, and delivered until full payment is received. Once an order has been received, we will email you our bank details for payment. We will send you a confirmation email once your payment has been received.
